How Our Repair Services Work
Call us at 1-877-854-9363 or Schedule Your Service Online Today. You’ll then speak with a customer service representative who will ask a few questions about what’s not working on your wheelchair or scooter. They will schedule a time and date for a certified technician to visit your home or office. Additionally, they will explain our Service Provider Agreement.
The technician will provide a full evaluation of your equipment. Many small repairs can be made the same day. Larger repairs may require a return visit or taking your chair away to be repaired. The technician will outline the repair process with you and, once your chair or scooter is fixed, will walk you through the proper operation as needed.
Service Provider Agreement
When you need service for your mobility product, you can rely on WI Medical to provide you quality service at a great price. Customers can pay with cash, credit card or take advantage of Care Credit financing options (available by clicking here).
Our Service Fee is $100. This includes our local technician’s travel costs when they are dispatched to your home as well as the evaluation, diagnosis and estimate of your repair. The $100 fee is non-refundable and all sales are final.
What is not included with the $100 fee? Parts and service are not included. If parts are needed or if repairs are needed, the service provider will provide you with a quote separately.
After your payment is made, we will schedule a service call within 1 to 2 business days in most cases. After you reserve your technician, the dispatch department will contact you to confirm the date and time for the technician to arrive.
Be sure to keep your service request ID # handy as the service technician may ask you for it.
