How Our Mobility Scooter Repair Services Work
Call us at 1-877-854-9363 or Schedule Your Service Online Today. You’ll then speak with a customer service representative who will ask a few questions about what’s not working on your scooter. They will schedule a time and date for a certified technician to visit your home or office. Additionally, they will explain our Service Provider Agreement. You may also choose to get repair help over the telephone.
The technician will provide a full evaluation of your equipment. Many small repairs can be made the same day. Larger repairs may require a return visit or taking your chair away to be repaired. The technician will outline the repair process with you and, once your chair or scooter is fixed, will walk you through the proper operation as needed.

Common mobility scooter repairs – troubleshooting your scooter problems
The # 1 problem most broken scooters have is that the battery needs replacing. Most batteries last about a year and, with higher usage, can last even less time than that. Replacing a worn out scooter battery can be done quickly by repair technicians, but may be an issue for older scooter owners who may have strength and mobility issues. Other common scooter mechanical problems may include the joystick or controller, the motor or the tires. No worries – we can help.
Pride mobility scooter repairs

Jazzy Scooter Repairs | Pride Go-Go Scooter Repairs
We repair *most major brand and models of scooters
WI Medical’s national network of certified repair technicians can maintain, service and repair most major brands and models of mobility scooters – Jazzy, Drive Medical, Invacare, Merits Health, Golden Technologies – and many others. People who have mobility issues and rely on their scooters to help them lead active, healthy lives can trust these high-quality brands.
However, there are some brands that we can not provide repair services for. Brands like EZ Ryder, Eco-Friendly, Heartland, Porta Scooter and others.
Mobility scooter brands like these are manufactured with the intent of only lasting a year or two. You will find these scooters sold at many “big box” stores. When they breakdown, there are no U.S. distributors, or if there are, they don’t carry the parts necessary to make the repairs. And even if parts are available, it’s too expensive to fix in relation to just purchasing a new scooter.
